INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS
PHASE O. Introduction & feasibility study.
After the client expresses interest in interior design services, we answer any relevant questions.
Once the decision to work together is made, we meet with the client to define expectations and the budget.
PHASE I. Creative stage of the interior design project
We discuss the interior style and aesthetic direction. We prepare a conceptual mood board illustrating the design vision using inspirational images.
We visit the site to take measurements, assess the existing conditions, and document the space through photographs.
We develop and refine the functional layout of the space and coordinate it with the client. If needed, we present several possible layout options.
Once the functional plan is approved by the client, we proceed with creating a 3D model.

PHASE II. Visual development
We present 3D schemes to the client – three-dimensional images of the space showing the proposed interior solutions.
Once the 3D schemes are approved by the client, we create photorealistic visualizations if required.

PHASE III. Technical drawings
We develop technical plans containing all information relevant for construction and installation works. The following drawings are prepared:
Furniture layout plan
Interior partition plan
Plumbing fixtures layout plan
Lighting plan
Electrical socket (outlet) plan
Ceiling plan (including ventilation and/or air conditioning points)
Flooring plan
Tile layout elevations
Custom furniture detailing (kitchen, bathroom furniture, wardrobes, etc.)

PHASE IV. Product selection
Based on the technical drawings, we select finishing materials and products, calculate required quantities, and place orders. The following items are selected:
Plumbing fixtures
Lighting fixtures
Electrical sockets and switches
Flooring materials
Wall finishes and colors
Tiles and grout
Skirting boards
Ventilation and air conditioning finishing elements
Door models
Curtains, blinds, rugs, and other accessories

PHASE V. Selection of freestanding furniture
We select furniture such as chairs, tables, coffee and bedside tables, beds, poufs, sofas, and more. We provide several options tailored to the client’s defined budget and needs.

PHASE VI. Author’s supervision
After completing the above stages, the finalized project file is handed over to the client and the site manager.
If author’s supervision of the interior design project is agreed upon, the following services are provided:
Site visits as needed, up to 10 visits during the entire project implementation period;
Coordination with other project specialists involved, including the site manager, heating, ventilation, electrical, and plumbing engineers;
Resolution of arising questions on-site or by phone throughout the entire construction/installation process, including explanation of technical drawings to contractors;
Photography of the completed project.
